He has a Team that works with you not for you. 100% of a Deal that goes South is worth less than 25% to 50% of a Clean transaction any day. It's not about the Money it is about the Close, if you don't Close no one gets paid. Think about it, if you let your Realtor Negotiate the transaction they are not going to ask for a deep enough discount to even get an appraisal for Funding of the end buyer. (Yes I am a Realtor and I wouldn't think about Dealing with a Short sale without Coach Pat on my side) I say "Get off the Fence and bring in the Deals", Buy the Products get involved.
